IF YOU FEEL STUCK, YOU'RE NOT ALONE
Hi, I'm Melanie!
I am a women's coach, energy worker, salon owner and proud mother devoted to helping women become the most empowered version of themselves.
After spending the first half of my life navigating deeply ingrained self-sabotaging patterns, I understand how difficult true change can be.
.
What I have discovered - through my own personal healing and decades of connecting with other women - is that transformation doesn't happen through insight alone. It happens through safety.
Over the years, I have witnessed the massive shifts that occur when a woman feels safe enough to be fully seen and supported.
My work is dedicated to creating those spaces-The spaces where healing can deepen, patterns can soften, and more aligned ways of being can unfold.
ENERGY & bODY WORK SESSIONS
My energy work is centered around the belief that the body holds and expresses memories, emotions, and experiences that influence our health and well-being.
Using muscle testing as a gentle and intuitive tool, I can help identify areas where stress, unresolved emotions, and imbalances are being held within the body.
This process allows us to uncover patterns that may be affecting your overall sense of balance and vitality.
By listening to the body's natural wisdom, we can support greater clarity, alignment, and healing.
Each session is personalized to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and create space for greater peace and well-being.
